We will consider most forms of structured poetry, including rhyming couplets, haikus, sonnets, odes, etc. Additionally, we ask that the poems convey a coherent message and are of a high literary standard. When it comes to poetry, we love to feel things, so make us laugh, make us cry, and make us think. While we are not a genre-specific magazine, we do prefer certain themes. We love poetry that tackles real, raw, and hard-hitting topics.
Note: Please only include ONE poem in your submission document. Submissions that contain more than one poem will automatically be rejected.
We’re looking for exceptional short fiction that is thought-provoking, engaging, and of a high literary standard. While we are not a genre-specific magazine, we do prefer certain themes: we love pieces that cover real, raw, and hard-hitting topics. If your piece doesn’t quite fit those parameters, don’t worry—they’re really just guidelines. We just ask that you do not surpass 2,000 words.
Note: Please only include ONE story in your submission document. Submissions that contain more than one story will automatically be rejected.
